This scholarship was created in memory of Arnold Oestmann of Westmont, IL. Mr. Oestmann was a past president of the DuPage County Farm Bureau. Each year the Board of Trustees may award at least four scholarships to high school seniors. There are no restrictions on college course of study.Scholarship Deadline – May 1, 2024
