THE EDWARD AND EMILY MCWHINNEY FOUNDATION FOR INTERNATIONAL AND COMPARATIVE AND FEDERAL LAW


The Edward and Emily McWhinney Foundation Scholarship was established in 1998 for sponsoring a graduate student or senior undergraduate student to participate in the annual session of the Institute of International Public Law and International Relations, in Thessaloniki, Greece. The scholarship includes return airfare from Vancouver to Thessaloniki, the Session’s registration fees as well as accommodations for the duration of the conference. The conference runs for three weeks, and features courses and seminars. The courses take place at the Law Faculty of the University of Thessaloniki.
