The Log Builder Program is designed to teach students how to work with logs and timber in all forms in such a manner that, by means of simple and complex joinery, those logs and timber are made into recreational, residential, and commercial structures.
The Log Builder Program can usually be completed in 4 years. After graduation, a Log Builder is expected to be well versed in log building techniques, log wall systems, floor systems, roofing structures, exterior and interior log finishing, and many trade sciences.
