ELECTROZAD FOUNDATION INC.
Through the Foundation, Mr. Ozad showed his philanthropy by selecting charitable organizations that touched him. Since its formation, the Foundation has donated millions of dollars towards multiple sclerosis research, to local hospitals and cultural groups, to fund scholarships to university students in the electrical engineering program and to eventually establish the Ozad Institute in Windsor in 1990.
